Reporting a problem with a converter
These details make it possible to find the cause:
- Which converter you used and what you asked it to do.
- Your phone or computer, and the browser and its version.
- The type of file and where it came from, for example a phone camera, a screen recording or a download.
- The exact message the page showed.
Please do not attach the file itself unless we ask for it.
Corrections
If a limit, a conversion figure or a fact on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and, if you can, where the correct figure is published.
Copyright and privacy requests
The site does not host or publish any user files, so there is no hosted content to remove. For anything else concerning copyright, trademarks or your personal data, write to the same address with “Legal” or “Privacy” at the start of the subject line.
